The VI-30 dough scanning, cutter and perforator is a high tech scanning and cutting system for irregular dough products. With the use of our latest laser and camera technology products are carefully scanned to determine the best cutting position for the preferred end product. The servo controls guarantee accurate positioning and cutting results. Also the dough can be cut BEFORE baking so the trimmings can be re-used for minimal loss of product. Trimming are automatically separated before perforation of the products. Cutting forms can easily be switched for different products or sizes. Settings can be changed using the machines large touch screen operation panel, the user friendly interface supports multiple languages for optimal operating convenience.
