The "Procurement  & Work Preparation" department is responsible for the preparation of the internal projects until the final mechanical realisation. This is an important part since they are the link between ordering and realising of the project. It is also necessary to switch quickly both internally and externally.

As soon as a go has been given for the construction, all lines are drawn. For this purpose a planning is made so that there is clear insight into the progress of the process.

The department also has to deal with suppliers to place orders for parts so that the machine can be built.
