Together with Marel, we can offer a fully automatic burger line that, with multiple lanes, produces, interleaves and stacks up to 400 burgers per minute.

A burger-forming machine produces up to 400 burgers per minute in four lanes, which can be spaced unevenly on the belt.

The burgers that are spaced incorrectly need their exact position on the belt corrected before underleaving them with paper. The VI-54 does this with vision technology. The module features a reject function for off-spec burgers.

The VI-19 has an intelligent stacker that lays multiple lanes of paper and makes the right stacks.

The VI-22 groups burger stacks that are prepared for the VI-41 shuttle loader.

The VI-41 then lowers the stacks nicely in a thermoformer. The process is fully automatic in one continuous flow.
