One of the latest projects is for a customer in which the pate had to be placed in very small trays. There was only 5mm space left. Before these could be placed in the trays first the X and Y coordinates had to be corrected. By means of a camera it is recognized how the product is located. Then the product is converted to the ideal X/Y coordinates.

By means of an advanced servo, a set of trays can be picked up in one smooth stroke After the trays have been placed, the pate falls in and is presented to the packaging machine.
